Finding Therapy



FINDING A THERAPIST:



After the live show last night where we left off we were talking about finding a therapist or healing based upon the element that you are in. A lot of people find themselves running to the tarot community looking for a quick fix and exhausting a lot of healers because they don’t know what to do. Because they don't have the proper information for such. I’ll try my best to go down the elements as best as I can. So, let's go!



FIRE: A lot of people sleep on the element of fire until it’s time to burn some candles on your enemy or a person that you say is such. But fire is the element of change really each element can bring change into your life it is just how you use it. Now this isn’t based upon your birth chart, it's just the element of fire. A lot of people find themselves going through things that can be life changing and like most victims pain, silence, and crying isn’t something that most people are fond of. Some people hate to cry because they deem it as weak. While for others it takes up too much of our day and if you are vain like me baby it shows when them tears be crawling down your face. And most of the time we hide our pain because we can’t share it with everybody because some people make it hard for us to heal. Now if we are in anger all of the time and not knowing how to use that channeled rage it can be destructive for us. It can cause fights, arguments, discord, chaos, and ruckus amongst a lot of people. When we don’t know how to find the calm in our bodies we tend to project it onto other people in the worst way. Now let’s get it into outlets that can be used to help you express what you feel while being pissed off. Examples: kayaking, hunting, paintball, self defense classes, boxing, shooting, dodgeball, backpacking, camping, and tribalistic experiences that are derived from the Native American culture and the Indian culture. Physical activities that get the adrenaline going while expressing the pain. You may think these things are easy to do but it actually takes a lot of physical strength and mental strength to get through these tasks at hand. It’s nothing like trying to channel rage when all you want to do is break down but with the throat chakra being blocked you can’t communicate what is the issue. This is where the ability to keep going seems to come in because you have taught yourself that you can’t give up. Now, for others this may be things you may be attracted to because you are more prone to destructive habits because it brings you peace when you see things broken like yourself. Now, you can do therapy but there are people who do hold these services for people who feel they have been objectified by people, places, and things.



AIR: Now this could be talk therapy, swimming, aromatherapy, incense, sage, smudging, dancing, affirmations, singing, karaoke, things that find your voice, ted talks, podcast reliefs,eating soul food or food that is pleasing to the soul, clay making, writing not journaling writing, throat chakra work, meditations by yourself or with a guided person you trust, and speech classes and not I am not saying you don’t know how to talk. Child I say skreet till this day in an angry voice. Like I said last night, sometimes you don’t know what it is you need to say until you learn a new way to communicate. Everything that is spiritual doesn't require a spiritual person to help in that area.



WATER: Water aerobics, calming class, breathing methods, music therapy not frequency healing but music, sitting in water, being by a beach, emotional workout, and journaling. Now journaling is different from writing because journaling is a way to better connect with the soul. When we just write we genuinely just jot down thoughts, quotes, emails, texts, tweets, and statuses so, writing without intention is just writing. Journaling is a recap for the day, moments, or experiences you have with people. Think of this as a recollection of experiences that you have had with people that weren’t so nice or you didn’t get to say what it is that you needed to say. This is where you see healers, psychiatrists, and therapists who create workbooks for you to better work with your emotions alone. It’s not saying that you have to do everything alone but someone has to know something that it is you are looking for even if it is a pinch of information. This roles in the emotional workout classes such as anger management. This is where you see motivational speakers giving someone the courage to go after their dreams like a life coach. Someone that's basically rooting for you on the sidelines until you develop healthy coping skills to do things enough by yourself. Remember in order to reach one we have to be able to teach one. REMEMBER YOUR TEACHER ISN’T SUPPOSED TO STAY IN YOUR LIFE FOREVER UNLESS YOU MARRY THEM, HAVE KIDS BY THEM , OR RELATED TO THEM!



EARTH: Yoga, grounding, walking, fasting, sober living, cleansing, cut cord cutting, dieting, protection rituals, cleaning house, removing waste that does not serve you, throw away anything that you keep saying you gone squeeze into or you are going to give to so and so. You could also stop littering, planting, gardening, building, farming, habit living, taking care of pets and children, and taking up courses. Now these courses you may take up shouldn't be no longer than six months. If you are not going to get a college degree or an earned certificate then it doesn't serve you. If you are on a spiritual journey where you are going through a crowning or taking up practices as such avoid that because I am not fina be into with your elder baby. Because I'll pull up blog 9,000 and politely point them to this section. Aht, aht you ain’t fina get me caught up in your mess. Now these classes could be learning how to cook, learning how to drive, save, finances course, buying a house, interviewing for a job, dating after a divorce, vision boards, grieving workshop, herbalist classes, womanhood classes. This is where frequency healing comes in such as reiki attunement, sound healing, womb healing, and tantric healing. If you possibly are in this elementall of the time I bet you have shit ton of family issues and financial issues. Because the word that was going to come across was ancestral healing. And dealing with ancestral work let me tell you, developing boundaries are going to save you a lot. A lot of people may get pissed off but baby family really be trying it when they see you persevering in an area of life. They like to love bomb and title bomb to get you to go against your morals because they feel they have some power over you. And don’t think it won't be them elders too because they will do it, bitch. Other than that just check a little box of the things that may or may not describe what it is you are looking for.
