I want to start by saying that while I am not a licensed therapist or mental health professional, I have a deep passion for mental health advocacy. My journey with anxiety started at a young age, and over the years I have developed tools and strategies to help manage my symptoms. Through my experiences, I have become a strong proponent of self-care and self-love, and I am here to share what I’ve learned with anyone who may be struggling with their own mental health.
